18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All human beings presented in images or videos on the website established at pawg.pics were at least 18 years old when the images or videos were created.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit photos or video recordings exhibited on it. In the case of content provided by third-party users of the website, whether explicitly sexual in nature or otherwise, the operators and owners of pawg.pics restrict their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of that content. The areas of pawg.pics on which user-supplied content is presented are under the control of those users. This releases the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as cited in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the website may delete any images or videos if such are determined, at the sole discretion of the operator, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the polices and terms of use of the website.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

With regard to any visual depictions appearing on the website, for which the operators of the website may be considered “producers” or “secondary producers,” such depictions are excluded from compliance with the provisos of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray actual sexually explicit behavior as specifically detailed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2) (A)(i)-(iv); they do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006; they do not portray simulated sexually explicit behavior created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. §2257A; or, they were created prior to July 3, 1995.
